What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

sir, my husband have pain in his right knee his MRI report is Horizontal cleavage is seen involving lateral meniscus with presence of small parameniscal cyst . Small joint effusion with popliteal cysts are also seen. please say what is the solution of this pain.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Effusion in the joint needs to be resolved first.
The cause of effusion is formation of multiple cysts around the joint cavity.
Formation of cysts occurs secondary to inflammation.
Management of these multiple cysts is primarily conservative with anti-inflammatory drugs.
Physiotherapy is also likely to help in resolution of these cysts.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and thus management.
